Who are we?

We are a network of churches and pastors who have in common: 1) The Holy Spirit; 2) historic relationships that span over the last 40 years; and 3) core values. This informal network of churches continues to exist and enjoy sharing resources since the dissolution of the national organization, Great Commission Association of Churches (https://www.gccweb.org).

What's the purpose of this site?

We’re here to help pastors in leadership development. Leadership development within the local church is one of the supreme challenges and opportunities facing any pastor. This website provides resources that will help a local pastor preserve, communicate and train our core values to the next generation of leaders. This website is under construction, and we will be adding additional resources over time. Presently, the core value of “Church Leadership” is the only core value completed. Also, this website does not provide resources for core doctrine. There are many wonderful tools in the Christian world that provide care doctrine training that you can access. How to use this site?

One of the best ways to develop leaders is by personally discipling future leaders. You can pick and choose the resources from this website and develop your own leadership development curriculum. You can use these resources in a few different ways:

Leadership Class

Create a leadership class and assign resources to review and discuss.

Discipleship Group

Create a small leadership discipleship group and assign resources to review and discuss.

Mentorship

Mentor a potential leader and assign resources to review and discuss.

Our goal is to provide a video, audio or written resources with downloadable notes for notetaking and discussion questions. This website is a work in progress and will be developed over time. We would appreciate your input. See the Contact page.
